K.O. Cardio
K.O Cardio (kick, punch to music)
K.O. Cardio (Knock Out Cardio)- Is a high energy and motivating class incorporating punches and kicks put to the beat of the music. K.O Cardio will give you the results you've always wanted. From shoulders to calves you will become lean and strong. You'll tighten, tone & firm your body while increasing your self-confidence & reducing your stress level.

Hai Tread Training (Indoor Boot Camp)
Hai Tread is a comprehensive indoor boot camp program designed to increase your speed, cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone and weight loss. This one hour boot camp includes rotating from 10 minutes of cardio on the treadmills and 10 minutes of strength training using free weights, resistant bands and traditional military exercises. Be ready to walk, run, sprint, lift and sweat. This class is the "Best One Hour Workout In Denver"!

Body Pump
Is designed to tone and sculpt your entire body using barbells and adjustable weights to highly motivating music. This class is for begingers to advanced students. The focus is on getting lean, toned and strong.

Thai Kickboxing (bag workout)
Tran's Cardio Kickboxing unifies elements of martial arts and boxing techniques. Using hand wraps, boxing gloves and striking a bag, kickboxing is for everyone, from those who want to get in shape to those looking for the ultimate workout. No previous experience is needed.

Hai 10 Circuit
Hit every muscle group as you burn calories zipping through 10 stations of different exercises from calisthenics, Bosu balls, jumping rope,Kettle bells, TRX and dumbbells. All while listening to heart thumping music. It's fun, it's challenging and it's a total body workout for any fitness level.

Kids Martial Arts
Our unique children's programs are designed to teach students far more than how to kick and punch. We are very concerned with the well being, health and education of our children. For 20 years, our innovative methods of teaching has influenced thousands of kids to become achievers in life, as well as in the dojo.

Students will develop greater confidence and self-discipline as they learn how to act and react to the world around them.

Hai Tran Land Paddling
Core Paddle
Core paddling or land paddling uses a long board (skateboard) and a "Big Stick" that has a rubber end to stop and go. Land paddling is a great workout engaging your core muscles, legs and upper body strength. It will also improve your cardiovascular endurance and balance.

Land paddling is a green way of transportation. It's easy to learn and a fun activity for the entire family. It's also a great cross training tool for elite athletes.

Ride hard and carry a Big Stick!

RENTALS $55. for the day includes a (longboard & a Big Stick). $35. for the day (Big Stick only) LESSONS $75. for an hour (for one person or up to 5 people) (longboard and big stick rentals are separate)

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Is a cutting edge self-defense system famous for its devastating ground fighting techniques. BJJ is specifically developed to allow a smaller person defeat a larger person by sophisticated application of leverage and technique. Gaining superior position on your opponent and applying a myriad of chokes, holds, locks and joint manipulations becomes the foundation for this fun and effective martial art. Our rotating curriculum covers all aspects of grappling, self-defense and competition. (Free introductory class)
