Whether you are interested in learning MARTIAL ARTS or SELF-DEFENSE or improving your PHYSICAL FITNESS and CONITIONING, Tran's Martial Arts and Fitness Center offers a number of programs that will fit your developmental needs and your busy schedule as well. Kids Martial Arts
At Tran's Martial Arts, our youth programs are designed to instill confidence and aid children in developing to their fullest potential. We seek to help build a solid foundation in life for as many children as possible, by assisting them in achieving a healthy mind and body through martial arts instruction. This wellbeing will instill in them the self-confidence, focus and determination necessary to become strong and successful in every aspect of life.

K.O. Cardio
K.O Cardio (kick, punch to music)
K.O. Cardio (Knock Out Cardio)- Is a high energy and motivating class incorporating punches and kicks put to the beat of the music. K.O Cardio will give you the results you've always wanted. From shoulders to calves you will become lean and strong. You'll tighten, tone & firm your body while increasing your self-confidence & reducing your stress level.

K.O Impact
Punch, kick, elbow, knee, strike and jump to the beat of the music. Combination will be done in the air for half of the class then members will put on boxing gloves to make impact on the kickboxing bag.

KickboxingXT (bag workout)
Tran's KickboxingXT unifies elements of martial arts and boxing techniques. Using boxing gloves and striking a bag, kickboxing is for everyone, from those who want to get in shape to those looking for the ultimate workout. No previous experience is needed.

R3 Run-Ride-Reps (Indoor Boot Camp)
R3 classes switch from an Aerobic Cardiovascular exercise (run or ride) to an Anaerobic Resistance exercise every 2 minutes. ( 2-5 min. of running/ Riding on a bike & Reps w/dumbbells. This forces the body into a state of confusion. This activity of switching back and forth from an aerobic cardiovascular system to an anaerobic system is what increases the fat expenditure of the body by more than 500%.

Hai Tread Training (Indoor Boot Camp)
Hai Tread is a comprehensive indoor boot camp program designed to increase your speed, cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone and weight loss. This one hour boot camp includes rotating from 10 minutes of cardio on the treadmills and 10 minutes of strength training using free weights, resistant bands and traditional military exercises. Be ready to walk, run, sprint, lift and sweat. This class is the "Best One Hour Workout In Denver"!

Body Pump
Is designed to tone and sculpt your entire body using barbells and adjustable weights to highly motivating music. This class is for begingers to advanced students. The focus is on getting lean, toned and strong.

RealRyder/Sculpt
RealRyder (Indoor Cycling) is an indoor cycling class using the RealRyder bikes. The bikes can lean & turn side to side so you are able to workout your upper body as well as your legs and blow torch your core all at the same time. Participant will ride between 30-40 minutes then get off the bikes and work on toning and strengthening incorporating the TRX, bands, sliders, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands...Variations of exercise will change depending on the needs of the class.

Polar Heart Rate GX
LISTEN TO YOUR HEART. Add another dimension to your workout and get your BEST run, ride, kick, punch and rep EVERY TIME! Training with a heart rate monitor is the best way to improve your fitness level by seeing results of your effort through zones "live" while you are training. If any of our classes have HR next to it then you are able to participate in our Heart Rate GX program. You must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the class. If you are not able to arrive early, you can take the class but you will not be allowed to participate in the Heart Rate GX program. (Heart Rate Straps are on sale at the front desk for $50.)
